In this podcast, Peter Robison tells me how he came to write "Flying Blind: The 737 Max Tragedy and the Fall of Boeing" and the key things he discovered when doing so.
Another great podcast George. Thought provoking and many lessons for us consider in the changes we’re seeing in rail especially with regards to regulation and commercial priorities.
Thank you George for this interesting interview. I can see how human factors are a key issue, and it's good to hear that more attention will be paid to them in future. It would have been interesting to explore the underlying causes (i.e. the drift from engineering excellence to commercial focus) further along with possible ways to address them.

Thanks Geoff. The dynamic seems to just repeat itself in different places idespite what we all know.

Thanks Stephen. Maybe we can do a part 2 sometime.
